well its made using zero calories javy coffee concentrate, you use 1 tsp per 6-8 ounces liquid. You can make it hot too and like a regular cup of coffee. But for the purpose of the video to advertise something yummy looking for Javy I made a latte style =)
If you can get a milkshake for about 135 calories I would say thats not too bad for an occasional treat. But we all know a real milkshake would be about 900 calories or more
The Javy coffee concentrate is 0 calories. The syrup is made with Stevia and has 25 calorie for 2 tablespoons and I used only 1 .So only 12.5 calories. The Milk is 80 calories and the whip cream was sugar free and 0 calories. The caramel is 100 per 2 tablespoon and less then 1 tablespoon was used. And the shake of stuff on top was smoked sea salt.So about 135 calories for the drink and that's way less then going to a coffee house and getting a Frappuccino that's about 800 calories and this has about 3/4th the amount of sugar of traditional Frappuccino's and Lattes. So its actually a way to occasionally have a treat WITHOUT Obesity and Cavitys.
