It's a basic sleeve with pleats on the shoulder

I want to ask, if I want the down part of the top to stand well, can I use hard or paper stay or does it depend on the fabric the individual is using. I love the way the top sit well on the skirt , I mean the gold material

Collar stay will give that effect but you can also use gum stay

Please when you close the bust dart of 1 n half in front, won’t the front lenght be shorter than the back?

No ma. The shoulder to waist for front n back is not the same. You will have to take the measurements to know the difference. The bust dart will make the for t and back sides align properly
