I always bring my ipod & earbuds on certain rides, enhances the experience. For the race part: AC/DC "Shoot To Thrill".
That seems like a hassle

I waited 5 hours for this ride.
So great to have one of the best Disney attractions ever built return once again. Who’s ready for Race Day the next time they ride this attraction?

It’s one of the must do’s like Space Mountain, Star Tours, Matterhorn, Thunder Mountain, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Incredicoaster, Midway Mania, Mission Breakout, Soarin, Grizzly River Run, well you guess the rest
I've been on this ride atleast more than 10 times and I just now realized Mater on the moon at 2:21
The race always seems longer than it actually is when your riding it irl

@@scoutward3796 if your talking about the race part it’s random, you can control the speed or anything, just have to hope and get lucky your car wins. Either way this ride is super awesome
@@scoutward3796 Get a fast pass ticket and go at that time because the line is always like 3 hours long
My favorite attraction in DCA, followed closely by Soarin.

Is this ride like test track at Epcot?
Yeah I was waiting for people to notice that lol, it has all the same features, like the truck stopping and the race at the end. This one looks like the animatronics are better. But test track is pure speed and it's soo smooth

You wait way too much time. All I know is that it took more than an hour. You definitely need a fast pass

I was going to Disneyland in September 2020. Then this Covid happened in 2020
I think we should get rid of this ride. It's offensive because these cars are obviously not electric and using unsustainable energy. They consume gas and you can see a gas station inside this ride. It's like Disney supports the war on oil and doesn't care to create Cars characters that consume sustainable energy. Not a single EV car represented on this ride, even though this ride runs on electricity but still fake ICE car noise with speakers.
