One of the top hymns of all time. Your "Amen" was excellent. Love three-part harmony. You have the same kind of quiet approach like Rosemary Siemens of Canada (on TH-cam.)
Thank you so much Stephen for being a great blessing through your miusic... God bless yu and your family mightily.. blessings and love sent from the Philippines
Lovely! I wish you had done all the verses.. Church really needs verse 4 - The church shall never perish! Her dear Lord, to defend, to guide, sustain, and cherish, is with her to the end; tho' there be those that hate her and false sons in her pale, against the foe or traitor she ever shall prevail.
Lovely verse! Often when I do the hymns, I'm working from a hymnal I've had through my family for years and I don't always take the time to see if there are other verses. So, though I have elected not to do a verse for a hymn on occasion, I just wasn't aware of verse 4. Thank you for sharing though. :-)
I did a simple guitar and vocal version back in 2014 that you can view here. th-cam.com/video/V3qO2xKvGFk/w-d-xo.html Am considering possibly doing an A cappella version of it to in the future. :-)
I simply love this hymn. Thank you brother.
This is Holy
My favorite hymn. Thank you and praise God!

Beautiful - I wonder if you would be happy for this to use as congregational singing - Warwick Qld Australia

Is that harmony written out? Where?
I just based the harmony notes off of the chords played. Wasn't necessarily written out; just figured it out by ear.
