great work Rachel! as for the dogs in the states, we had a guy in town who had hounds for hunting, he was over the limit per household and in town they fine you. As for the barking...these were outside dogs who barked at certain times and they had to wear shock collars, but during hunting season, he would try to get away with leaving them off, yelling at all of us that they need to "bay" when they locate the animals for hunter to come ...made no sense, so he just paid the fines...so rude. LOL I love your village's dogs, they are kind of musical and they sound like they are "spreading the word"...not nearly as bothersome as that man's hounds. I imagine walking down the streets and being greeted by them...love it.
I really do enjoy watching you put paper to paper and having something beautiful emerge... I fluke it every now and then and always feel so good about myself... hahaha.... Thanks for sharing Lovely... x
That was a fun video. I've been dying paper, pages, envelopes and spritzing white backs of scrapbooking paper. Mostly with coffee and some with blue food coloring. Delightful mess! TFS 🤗
We have, food, recycling (card, paper, glass, plastic etc) and landfill. So just three bins. Fabric, batteries and small electrical can also be collected from the house. We use cracker to mean great too here in the UK.

As far as dogs barking, you have to train them from puppy age!! We never had a problem!! This was a great video!! You got so much done and I love it all💜💜💜💜💜
In California there is a noise ordnance but it’s only in the city limits, so houses in close proximity can’t have dogs barking all day/night. I live in a rural area so they can bark, moo, howl as much as they want since there is enough distance between houses. Also, country folk expect to have animals. Sadly some people have their dogs voice box removed…not sure how to word that. Which I think is cruel 🙁
I am well. I’m watching you and it sunny and cool. Plus I’m getting my ugly landscaping torn out today and I’m so excited. 40 year old bushes were everywhere around the house. We looked like the uncaring neighbors. When the holly bushes are prickly and higher than us it’s time to rip them out.
My sister had to have her black labs vocal chords clipped or get rid of him. He got clipped and he still marked but it was an annoying whisper. Lol the neighbors hated it worse. Lol too bad. After all he was a dog. They bark!!

It's a bit insane about the dog policy. If they bark for 10 minutes continuously and you can prove it with video then the owner will be fined. If they stop for say 30 seconds, then the timer starts again. Also, a lot of Americans think its unfair to leave a dog outside. Even if they are in a covered area with food and water......they will call animal protective services and report you.
