Ingredients
• Chicken mince 1 kg
• Onion 1 big
• Garlic cloves 5
• Ginger 2 inch piece
• Fresh mint leaves 1 handful
• Fresh coriander 1 handful
• Green chili 1-2
• Salt to taste
• Chili flakes to taste
• Garam masala 3/4 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 2 tsp
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
• Juice of half a lemon
• Sesame seeds 1 tsp
• Gram flour/Baisan1.5 tbsp
• Dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tbsp
