His battleworn hands shutter at the very thought of picking them up again, but with that one fateful phrase he smashes through that mountain of guilt that was crushing him as easily as he passed through that apparition of Athena. The Monster was reborn with a new, righteous purpose. And no God could save anyone that stands in his way.

When she repaired the blades in GoW 3, they became the Blades of Exile. At the end of that game, they reverted back to their original form, as all the magic in Greece died along with Olympus.

The one thing i didn't notice right away was his "Old Scars" on his forearms began to bleed again. As if the very thought of reclaiming, of purposely and knowningly wrapping, and using those literal marks of shame from a long ago past physically hurts Kratos. But he does it anyway. For if it means protecting his son, he would tears pantheons apart...again. The guys did amazing work for the sound track.

When I first picked these up and started annihilating all those enemies, then hearing that theme. Bro I FELT like kratos in that moment. Especially with the backstory of those weapons. Epic.
no one thought of this but what if the red sky above his house is real ? remember that athena still controls his destiny in a way based on the canon comics fallen gods and that also implied that the athena he saw was probably real aswel and not truly an illusion . the devs said its an illusion but on same its not . but in the comics of last year Kratos saw athena and Thot the same way and they were real and they FORCED him to accept his destiny of taking the blades and becoming a kind of saviour . the red storm and the appearance of athena cannot be just aesthetics . there is definitely more to it especially that the devs are still keeping secrecy about it

That what I thought the lyrics were for the longest time.
The one thing i didn't notice right away was his "Old Scars" on his forearms began to bleed again. As if the very thought of reclaiming, of purposely and knowningly wrapping, and using those literal marks of shame from a long ago past physically hurts Kratos. But he does it anyway. For if it means protecting his son, he would tears pantheons apart...again. The guys did amazing work for the sound track.

When I first picked these up and started annihilating all those enemies, then hearing that theme. Bro I FELT like kratos in that moment. Especially with the backstory of those weapons. Epic.

no one thought of this but what if the red sky above his house is real ? remember that athena still controls his destiny in a way based on the canon comics fallen gods and that also implied that the athena he saw was probably real aswel and not truly an illusion . the devs said its an illusion but on same its not . but in the comics of last year Kratos saw athena and Thot the same way and they were real and they FORCED him to accept his destiny of taking the blades and becoming a kind of saviour .
the red storm and the appearance of athena cannot be just aesthetics . there is definitely more to it especially that the devs are still keeping secrecy about it
