On the first point which is "encroachment of authority", is the President saying he doesn't know he has to employ the staffs of the OSP? Shouldn't the President also be held to this grave sin of omission? It is like a trap set for the OSP by the President and the Act that established the office of the OSP.

Apart from the procurement breaches if they sre true,this issue sbout tsckling tge perceived compromised judges or courts was very BOLD of him especially coming from SP while he us in office,unlike Kaizer Benz Alamisi Martin Amidu ,wwho cowardly complained about his concerns in public only when he eesigned over interference issues sgainst the mother serpent of corruption Akufo Addo...the great pretender.
