@@gurpreet.reehal 23000 rs fine ya ushe zada fine tab hota hai jab koi bina licence gari chalata hai...jiske pas licence nahi hai wo kaise gadi chala sakta hai.? Or agar uske waza se koi maar gaya toh zimedari kiski?bahar ke koi country main jao sab traffic niyam ka palan karta hai...sab helmet pahanta hai... safety is number one priority...koi bhi kada kanun jab tak nahi lagu hoga tab tak kuch nahi hoga ish desh ka...har saal 5lac log accident se marta hai...uska zimmedar bhi sarkar ko mante ho na? To bhi jab safety ke liye koi kaam ho to usko bura kyu mante ho? helmet pahno licence or pollution test rakho saat main kisi ka baap fine nahi mar sakta..(digilocker use karo sab mobile main rakh sakte ho sirf helmet pahno bass)

@@gurpreet.reehal My dear friend , I agree with you . I strongly oppose this bill and I am against such a huge penalty . But you will agree that in most of Indian cities , traffic is uncontrollable . But govt should not impose such unbearable penalties . Govt should find some other ways for traffic control . Traffic has become a headache in India , and we all are responsible for that .

Nitin Gadkari is a very productive person, i might be wrong but i partially agree on this. Paying toll is okay but some contractor are not using good material for the longevity of road conditions and no action taken against them, on top no monitoring on heavy vehicle which makes roads worst. A lot of work and time requires i guess
In his rule,
The contractor cannot use bad materials.
He's made some of the best roads & within the least time ever in India when he was the PWD minister in Maharashtra.
Which are still intact.

I agree expressways needs to be tolled as they are huge facilities and demand money to be built and maintained... And yes i agree we save on time and fuel..
But even the internal highways are tolled.. why??
Where there is hardly any noteable savings of fuel and time...
If we are bound to pay toll then where the 12% of road tax we pay goes when we buy new car ???
Make that tax 20% and stop tolls atleast people will save time waiting at tolls...
One generation pays the toll and other generation uses it for free.. The amount of development should be distributed equally on all generations.. Why only the early generation of developing nation should take this tax burden..?

Karnataka needs road development at the highest priority, especially Bangalore city roads. Most of the time, it is like you are in an over-developed village, with narrow, pot hole filled roads and cows and other animals occupying central space. Medians are full of dirt, debris and filth in many places. The municipality does not care and the citizens are filthy and clueless about road manners, civic sense or responsibility.
There is absolute lack of governance in the past one year with this two-bit JDS, Congress govt more interested in saving their seats than to do anything for the state. We have a CM who openly says, you have voted for BJP so don't come to me with complaints. What an idi0t and a joker, who does not even realize that a CM once elected has to work for all segments of society. Most of the time he is cribbing or crying. I blame the people of Bangalore city who did not come in large numbers to vote during assembly polls, that we have such selfish people in power today.
We need resourceful and visionary people like Mr. Gadkari to come to positions of responsibility in Karnataka. This joker govt has to go and a purposeful govt that serves the needs of the people has to come in soon.
