Why do we need to rub the edges with sand paper?

When you rub it , that part becomes rough , glue sticks properly and you will get nice edges , it will give a fine finish to shapes .

If cutting blade is not there simply you need to buy it 😂 , if you are making it with paper then cutting blade is not needed, but when you are making it with this material like cardboard mountboard etc you must have cutting blade or cutter . You can use normal blade but its risky to use .
