I have been there. We lived there for a year and never got to see it as a kid but went back when I was about 22 and hiked down to the bottom of it. I hiked to the top of it about 5 years ago and it like to have killed me! It is pretty place. My brothers would go swimming there when we lived there. They said there is an old car at the bottom of the falls.

do you recommend bringing water shoes or waterproof sandals in our backpacks ? how deep is the water and woudl it be too cold for late october to dip into the water? thanks

Great video and thanks for sharing. Just left from there and there was about 15 vehicles parked. A word to anyone that reads this and wants to go. This is a fun hike with a great destination but this hike is not for the weak ok. Just remember once you hike down and enjoy, you have to hike back up. Enjoy the outdoors always.
