Dr. Carling, I am a 32 year old female, I found out I had bilateral Pheochromocytoma when I was 25 years old, I was suffering with symptoms since I was 21, I had a left adrenalectomy in 2017, and my right pheo was not bothering me for 6 years my norepinephrine where hight but not as high, now my levels are getting higher, but I am afraid to have my other gland removed, how do i know if I qualify for a partial adrenalectomy ? Thank you hope you answer me 😔

    Hi Dr. Carling
I'm a 58 years old, had right Adrenalectomy in 1997, due to Cushing syndrome, for the last about 10 years I have 2 adenomas on the left side. Also 4 years ago I had a parathyroidectomy due to parathyroid tumor, my question is do you advice that I do another adrenalectomy?. I think the adenomas are big to scope

is it normal for pituitary cushings to make your adrenals feel disabled/buggared? i feel i'm probably pituitary but my acth is low so i am wondering if it's both? (symptoms after head injury is why i feel pit)
