MAN ALIVE do I hope that 4th kit teased earlier comes out. This one is an optical monstrosity. Too busy, the black neck line clashes very hard, and it generally looks like something that would have been thrown on in the depths of the forgotten 90s. CalMac's blasé comments say it all.

As a kit manufacturer I think the hardest thing in the world to do is get a Celtic home kit wrong, adidas managed it though
Sometimes getting it "wrong" can turn out to be a classic move years down the line. I can see this being one top people had wished they bought down the line when they stop making & selling them.

@@You-Deef weird how tastes differ lol.. that was the 2009 bumblebee under Mowbray not Strachan, personally i think this is our worst home shirt in our modern history, wouldn't buy it for 20 quid even for a laugh, but the 2009 BB kit is my favourite Celtic away top ever, so much so i bought off a classic shirts site a only a few months back and still wear it out and about, partly because i loved seeing Robbie Keane and Paddy McCourt scoring worldies in it, but mostly for the fact i just love the BB colours in general, our best away kits bar none. I'm praying Adidas make one because their away tops have been mostly great. And Celtic know whoever won't buy this will buy the leaked 135th anniversary leaked 4th kit anyway..

One good thing about the kit is that the shade of green is nice. I think the zig zag hoops are an attempt to copy Inter Milan's recent home top (which didn't work), and the reptile pattern is a bit of an eyesore. But the worst thing is too much black, our tops never have that much black. Celtic should ask Adidas to make the special edition top the main one.

Only football top I've ever seen that looks worse in long sleeved.. each when interviewed saying clichés because PR wise there's nothing positive to say, worst home top in our 135 year history, a monstrosity of a shirt! At least Adidas's away top have all been very nice, this years black kit looks great, bought it day 1, and people who got to buy the 3rd kit aka the 'fingerprint' top due to the Adidas website glitch all say it's a cracker and wait till you see it worn.. the 4th kit imo is the best modern home kit I've ever seen so once that comes out as a whole i guess those 3 shirts make up for this abomination! if Celtic actively want to save me money then i can't complain really.
It's a crime of abuse making us see this for 90 mins almost every matchday for a whole season! Some people will always buy it just like the Ford sponsored kit with a red and blue stripe, there's always at least a few mugs out there, guaranteed worst selling home shirt in our history regardless. But so greedy now with 4th kits that when the 135th anniversary top is released people will make up for it by not buying this on top of the people buying 2 home shirts in a season.
The black doesn’t really suit this kit black should never be on a Celtic home kit imo should be green white and gold nothing else a average kit at best looks even worse as a long sleeve kit
