It's like this until we need data ( obviously no question about it , with days passing , data is only increasing :) ), etl processes are required to consolidate them and process in desired business format, somebody need to verify the correctness of entire process built to process , hope this gives you some insights

You can do that first export the data from source to a particular database and sameway you can do it for target or you can create a resultant from source and resultant from target then you can do compare
