Commentary
Our stay at Irvine Marriott was solid. The hotel’s proximity to John Wayne Airport (SNA) and Diamond Jamboree plaza is the most notable aspect about its location. The property has a variety of free and paid amenities which is always a plus. On the downside, the expensive and scarce parking was a turnoff. I think bookings at less than $200 per night or less than 35,000 Marriott points per night is good value, especially if you are Marriott Platinum status or higher which gives complimentary access to their M Club.

We booked two nights at $175 per night.
