And I have to give you your props, Thank you for showing how to rebuild 4CS forks. Known for being the worst forks available in recent years they can actually be made to work well. What I like about WP suspension is that they offer the best feel for hard bottoming hits. Like the Washougal downhill. For the pre air fork generation the 1st thing to do to a ktm is a revalve on both ends! Now everyone is gutting the forks or running cone valves. I am not sure how many bikes I have ridden with revalved suspension but MX tech is my #1 with kreft getting a lot of great reviews. A message to all is to communicate with your tuner. My 04 CR250 forks went back twice and so did my 06 450R forks. I would trust TBT because of you Morgan.
And to everyone who sends out their suspension components: clean your forks and shocks really well. Before dropping off your bike wash it as if you are selling it
We used the high pressure water pump unit to fix the dents in a friends expansion chamber. We didnt use a torch, the dents came out but it actually elongated/ straightened the pre bends. We had to use ratchet straps to get it back on the bike. Beware!!!
I suppose that going from a yz125 to a 450 is too extreme. Have you considered a Marco 760? I am guessing that the side arm I have seen you carry is a glitter gun just in case you need to shoot a trail rider in the face?!
Thank you for another video. Belray or yamaha filter oil for win. I have galon jug of belray..lol bet thats another no toil filter were oil ran off. Thats ton of grease eww

I did the exact same thing to my ktm 125 when I was young and dumb. Luckily my cylinder and everything was fine but I learned how to build a motor.
Nice Tunes🤘
love the shlog !🤘
Beta replaced the throttle body and forks tubes on my 2016 430 rr race edition last fall, way out of warranty obviously. Beta customer service rocks!
So far the best I have seen
We call that tool the death wheel.

That is why I don't use that method anymore.
The rod bearing slop caused me physical pain. I have the pump. It's great for the truck/trailer. It runs a long time on a single charge.
Social D! 🤘
That kickstand tube probably just needed de-burring on the inside after the cut. It’d make it a little easier to drive the foot back in.
No. I’ve done a bunch. You want it super tight so it doesn’t rotate or come out.
Yamaha recommends 30:1 mix ratio, not 40:1....
32:1 is convenient on the ratio rite...
Nice gloves
Thanks!!!
And that is why I support Beta!
Beta had to put a new engine in my 250RR
Do you have a link for that thread locker? I would like to join in voting for someone other than loctite with my dollars.
