I honestly think this entire soundtrack was kind of like a building block for later Ridge Racer games on the PS2, because it was full of varied styles of music that RR doesn't usually have. Not to mention, the samples on this song were also used for Capcom vs SNK 1 and Jet Set Radio I believe.
