I’m also TERRIFIED of going to the gym! I feel SO comfortable at home & I created an Alarm routine for myself, I drop what I’m doing & do the workout 🫶 Here for support& motivation!! 🎉💪🤩❤

Some workout tip, since you asked: - do stuff you like, and it can be as simple as putting on music and dancing around, riding a bike, playing frisbee, watching tv while doing your stepper. Combining tasks like stepper plus a show or audio book can help the time go - you can split up your workout. Take a walk with the dogs/jog in the morning, and a walk after dinner, maybe with dogs or hubby. Another possibility is do the walking/jogging, and take a break, and then do a bit of muscle work i.e. stepping, pilates (TH-cam has good ones. I'll look up one I can't think of. Lol), fitness blender (YT), Blogilates (YT). - you need rest days. Youll burnout, plus muscle builds during rest. You could stretch on rest days though - drink water to avoid headaches, cramps - start slow and build up time and frequency. Too much too soon and you'll overwhelm yourself. - if you have a friend nearby, maybe see if even certain days, you can workout together - if injured or sick, rest. It benefits the body's healing. When you're ok, resume. No shame. - look into electrolyte drinks if you sweat enough. Sugar-free BodyArmour, Powerade, etc to replenish vitamins and minerals you are losing. Hope that helps. Karina, for the longest time I always assumed your Mum and Dad had similar skin tones, and one of their parents had Indigenous Mayan ancestry and that's where you got your brown skin from, but it's your Dad who had the deep skin tone. The longer you do it your body will get used to it and you won't feel as hungry. Be sure to choose high protein high fiber meals when you do break your fast. This will keep you fuller longer. Hi Karina, have u ever tried keto? U can have as many tacos as u want, as long as u have them w keto tortillas nd u can drop the weight. U don’t have to count calories but u cant have carbs or sugar…but u can quickly reach ur goal. Not everyone agrees w keto but it has done wonders for me.
