I think you can just apply for the school and the program you want to study, once you get admission you can apply for your Visa. Most high school don't really provide transcript so you can use your certificate.

Nana Baffour pls,my school requires only at least full payment of First semester fees before you could be enrolled. The deadline for the fee payment has expired but the admission and the offer letter valid until September 5th,2023.
Pls can I enter Canada with the proof of my bank statement once I get my student visa before classes start in September 5th ?
