After having LOTS of trouble with other Tractors recently I bought the first JD on our farm - a 6215R MY2020. Not least because of seeing you and the Millenial Farmer doing fine with your Equipment. After only 140h on it I already love it. Hope that Deere won't disapoint me over time and is going to last. Greetings from Germany!

Hope you had nice holiday, good timing as its done nothing but rain for four weeks... We're still drilling on and off, some places just too wet... hopefully this week coming will dry it out enough to get the rest in. Liking the 6215 very much, we're in the throws of considering changing our eldest T7 and although not a JD fan, I have been and looked at one which was out our NH dealer... watching you using your 6190 and now in the new one gives me a far better idea of what these things are actually like to live with, how easy to use and how quick to learn the tech is - better than any demo or dealer flap... keep them coming and you'll likely sell more tractors than any rep..
Weather has been a real frustration this year making drilling a real challenge. Glad to see you have managed to get some in with the Vaderstad - we have been putting the majority in with the plough and combi.
JJ Macleod Hiya mate yeah the weather certainly hasn’t been kind to the farmer this autumn, a few people round here have been doing that but we just started to get our soil in good condition so we are very reluctant to plough it over not to mention the cost £££ lol

I’m surprised you put the vardy on this year , they definitely aren’t wet weather drills , not good for the headlands , your weaving drill could be your life saver this year . 👍
dont think the ol johns powerful enough for that drill andy !! have you looked behind theres 2mts missing !!! mud !!! youve never seen shit i used to drill into !!!!

im not too suprisd that deere pulls 4m so well we pull double that on a lemken solitair 12 with the valtra equivalent
A question from an old school one pass seed drill driver, is there no need for next pass markers because you are using gps steering.?

On flat ground 150hp would pull it but not up hill, Vaderstad recommend 50hp per metre for this drill. 👍
