for black hair use right amount of lemon juice with water to hair, and go to sunlight to lighten the hair naturally, and then do all the color dyes. Using lemon juice lighten the hair, but just don’t over do it to make black hair to white hair. That is bad because that is like removing the hair layers, after white hair is a total hair loss probably, and very hard recovery to hair you might need to apply. But, lemon juice with water is better than bleach your hair which is more dangerous compare to natural lemon with water and sunlight time to lighten. Anyways, don’t forget to wear sunscreen on the body if you gonna do lemon and water thing because you will be outside for long time (depending on how much lighter hair you want for yourself). Also, apple cider vinegar (also lightens hair if mix with water , and let it sit on hair. Idk about sunlight part). But, apple cider vinegar and water is not enough , you can have lemon or / and chamomile (also lightens hair). All of these ingredients give natural bleaching effects. But, time how you leave on your hair matters more, be careful. Watch TH-cam videos and search google to how long to leave on the ingredients or one ingredient for darker hair safely. Also, baking soda is also lightening hair but it can damage similar to bleach, so I wouldn’t advise to use baking soda. If you doing only lemon and water , don’t be in sun more than 1 to 2 hours. After 1 to 2 hours, wash out the lemon juice from your hair.

Ma'am thanks a ton. I am now 50 and had beautiful and lustrous hair till 47 and then started using dye bcoz of greying and all the damage started since then. But after I came across your videos the first thing I was desperate to try was methi dana and rice pack. Then tried indigo and henna and believe me I am so happy. Never am I going to use conditioners and chemical dyes.Henna was my all time favourite,but bcoz of greying would get orange look. Now when I used indigo and henna the results are mind-blowing. Prerna I had applied henna + reetha + amla + shikakai + beetroot juice + coffee decoction..After soaking all these overnight next day before applying I added 2 tbsp curd to this paste and applied the mask..Left it on for 3 hours and washing with plain water I did the mustard oil champi and washed with shampoo next day.. but the colour is orangish brown 😭😭😭😭😭

Hello mam,mera scalpe oily h aur baal bilkul dry specially shampoo ke baad.Mam,mere low porosity hair h aur hairfall to itna jyada ho raha ki baal bahut thin ho gaye jisse baal khol kar nahi rakh sakti. Please Mam, suggest me kausa sa remedy mere oily,frizzy,baal ko suit karega,jisse baal thik & long ho jaye.Mai bahut pareshan hoon.
