Most of the nameless NPCs who aren't story-related are also immortal and can't be harmed. It makes me unhappy since they keep insulting me and I want to introduce them to the wasteland. "What was that nameless guy in the middle of nowhere? You want me to stab you again?"
I interacted with an npc who gave advice about something random, as expected. I then started to walk away back to the quest that was near by. The npc just collapsed and died, there was no enemies around at all, I check the area afterwards
I walked up, got my egg. Ran to the middle because i was curious and a legendary diseased deathclaw spawned and glitched in place. It took a lot of bullets but never attacked me(thankfully it was 10 levels over me...)

Haven't listened to ox since FO76 lore videos when it first came out,I loved all his videos on FO 3,NV ,4 and 76. It is nice knowing I get to listen to these without waiting especially since they are under an hour. I just got back into 76 again after a couple of years, all the new stuff Bethesda added is really nice and I get a whole new experience.
Concerning how the anchor got there, I assume it was from a ship that exploded when the bombs dropped. There's something similar that happened in the real world with the Halifax explosion. The explosion was caused by an accident involving a munitions ship in Halifax harbour, and the ship's anchor was launched 2 and a half miles away. This may be an exaggerated version of the same thing, but for the fallout universe.
The dialogue is so much different than the other games. They make references like wizard of oz. Things the characters we met in other games wouldn't know (except sane ghouls) so I really like that it makes a difference
I just want to give you a shout out because videos like this is what brought me back to Fallout 76 after rage quitting the first week when I kept getting farmed by griefers. Now that all the trash players have gone back to playing whatever games they were playing I have to say I love the actual player base that remains ❤️
Am I the only one that noticed that the intro music was played on instruments that you can play in game, banjo ,piano ,jaw harp and snare drum. How cool is that!
Oxhorn got extremely lucky on death claw island, I was able to get away with no issue but I got a level 25ish diseased death claw when I was level 7 or so.
The Free Radicals feel more like the Gunners in Fo4 than a normal raider gang. I don’t know if that tinge of mercy we heard from Roper is unique to him or common amongst his crew, but it’s an interesting trait none the less.
Hey there. :) Just a heads up, it looks like your Fallout 76 Lore playlist skips a vid. I think there's one missing between # 48 and 49. Looks like it's Wastelanders Part 3, I think. Anyway, just wanted to let you know. And thanks so much for taking the time to explore all of this amazing Fallout lore for those of us who can't play the game, but love the universe. I'm really enjoying getting the chance to experience the game and learn more about the Fallout world. :)
If you kill him you have the option to write a message on the wall in the middle area, Duchess then has a different dialogue when you report back to her. But you probably don't want to create yet another character to see it.
Random so i just started a new play through and i was talking to Moriarty andhe mentioned there was someone else who escaped the vault 5 years before the lone wanderer and Dad do one of your videos mention or speculate who that could of been?
If the game had launched in this state, it would have probably had a letter reception. Multiplayer Fallout is a fundamentally flawed idea, but even the addition Duchess and the other NPCs add a lot to the mood and atmosphere and make it feel more like, well Fallout. Thanks Ox for scooping the interesting bits of the game out.
Yet another location where Super Mutants have been run out of their old stomping grounds. Between the wastelanders and the scorched, the lads in green have had it rough in Fallout 76.
Excuse me is there anything left for you to explore on Fallout 3 & 4 not that I don't love these videos there awesome it's just have you explored all the underground structures on both games or are you planning on returning to them ?. Respect Ox keep up the epic work 😃👍🏻.
I think only the main story of Fallout 4 remains to be explored. Other than that, to be honest I would like Ox to revisit some of his old videos, since he did not always read terminals.
My theory is that the egg lover is an escaped enclave inmate. He was a test subject for stealth boys. He developed schizophrenia and extreme paranoia. Then living in the waste amplified these effects. Resulting in someone that thinks theyve been to the "astral plane". P.S. The deathclaw didnt spawn for me either. I saw it stuck underground in vats though. So prolly a bug.
In regard to why the free radicals don't have tons of bodies and skeletons around is probably because they were all still alive before the war may be young but still alive and know what it is like to have a clean house compared to a nasty dirty one.
Maybe the farm was started by a former ship captain before the war? It may have been originally brought by the captain for sentimental factor or novelty
Always thought it was interesting that with all the salvaged and repaired things from computers to robots to vertibirds and not a single usable vehicle
I just got a perfectly preserved pie with a luck of 3 yesterday. And was the third or forth shot. I...kinda freaked out. Never got one in FO4. But question. Is it better to talk it out with the Free Radicals or wipe them out? How tough would the fight be? Don't know if you could use the password after trying to snipe them.
Friend: "what is your favorite song?"
Me: "I want to go back"
Friend: "what?"
Me: "you wouldn't get it"
Lol ikr 🤣😂
It’s a real spike jones song.
It's called I wanna to go back to west Virginia by Spike Jones
Liberty Prime yeah but ox does it 100x better and I listen to the real song
That intro tho 👌 “I want to go back to West Virginia!...”
He should make a full cover

I liked the kill all of ropers gang option. You paint a board saying stay away from the wayward inside the base. Pretty nice touch Bethesda.

The Ohio River is not far from Anchor Farm. It's a major shipping route. The anchor isn't such a big deal.
