- There's a pretty awful clunk on my land cruiser when I change gear, and there's play in the diff mounts due to their age. Here's how I changed them all, and what I discovered.
The side mounts are Febest part number TAB-331, rear is TAB-332 and TAB-335, and front is TAB-334 and TAB-333.
Toyota side mount is 52380-60040 to replace the whole arm, and 52380-60030 for the rear arm. It might be possible to get a front cushion from Toyota now with 41651-60010.
Best video i have seen yet
Really good informative video . One thing , I can’t see any of the part no.s in the description , can you please provide the febest codes & the Toyota part no. for the back one as I can’t quite read from the label , thanks & regards from Australia.
Thanks for the reminder - I just added them!
Great video once again. Easy to follow and few different methods
Thank you, hope it's useful for folks trying to tackle this job.
Im just in the middle of changing my driveshafts and outer hub flanges for my annoying clunk when changing gear...do you have play in yours?
Yes I do. If it's my driveshafts I'm going to live with the clunk for now. Don't want to spend that money yet. However I think my prop needs more grease to assist
Brilliant as always - thank you. We need to compare 100s someday - I'm the other side of the M8!
Oh great - I was wondering who the other Scottish 100 driver was. Seems like there's only 2 of us left :D I'll make sure you get your invite if I ever organise a coffee morning.
Just found your videos. 100 series out west here, on Knoydart!
Knoydart - isn't that the little enclave up near the coast where you can't reach it by road?
That's the one, there's a road over here but you have to get vehicles over on a landing craft!
@@benphillips6112 what are the chances that this is your land cruiser parked on the harbour? th-cam.com/video/VkW8rIKyMkI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=nCSVvaCYbyiXce0P
