Eating after shopping, means your refrigerated items are warming up and losing their shelf life. Best to get them home and in the fridge as soon as possible. Also best to put them in the cart LAST right before check out and then get a bolt ride home immediately. There is a reason they are refrigerated in the first place! 555
The amount I got there is for a month or more I get meat fish fruit and vegetables from the local market and also eat at small Thai restaurants and street food
Go to big c after 6 pm for yellow stickers for discounted products, also Thais have a big c discount card to,. Our big c big shop usually costs around the 3000 bht mark,. Last a week to ten days,. Eat first, shop 2nd,.
Damn everything is so expensive ! Can you do a video focused more on what tourists ( like me ) will want to get. Hard liquor, beer, salty snacks to go with the beer. Gallon or 1/2 gallon of milk. Case of bottled water. Things like that. Thanks
@@cheapdavetravelshi Dave would like to retire in Thailand one day would 8million baht and pension give me comfortable life living in Thailand thank you from Scott new Zealand
Hi Scott Yes that much in the bank and a pension should be enough As long as your not in the bars every night throwing your money at the ladies or find a girlfriend that wants you to buy her a motorbike car or house in Istanbul lol
I eat when I want drink when I want don't blow my budget The way to blow your budget is with bar girls massage girls and freelancers They will sort your bank account lol
That’s pretty expensive beer. I live in Los Angeles, California and I can buy a 30 pack of Coors light for $24. I thought things were cheap in Thailand.
Skipping over the $4 American cheese (expensive or about .50 cents more than the states) but real cheese there is crazy expensive. I want to start a cheese business in Thailand and supply all the Big Cs and Macro shops with sliced cheese and quality block cheese. It'll be bigger than sliced bread. The Leo 24 pack would be 86 cents per beer. Not bad. Not bad at all. I'd like to see a liquor store run and show what the cheap ass liquors cost for a handle. My personal request would Kentucky Gentlemen bourbon. Its my whiskey and water at a cheap price. I pay $12.20 USD (tax included) for a handle. Anyway, fun to watch your vlogs.
Thank you Yes I find real English cheddar very expensive over here I think the problem is the import tax but I'm sure the the traders add a bit more than they should

Hahahaha, you lost in the store is funny. Sorry mate but you walking around the store with a bottle of vodka, lost is like the prequel to a very interesting future video. 😅
That cheese you got is very bad, totally processed and tastes terrible! I still buy real cheddar cheese here, yes it’s more expensive, but it’s still worth it imo! I’ve found Food Mart by Jomtien bus station to be better for cheese and many other imported foods!
I use foodmart for some of my shopping I use that processed cheese in toasties for snacks but when I buy 2 or 3 packs it seems to last well into next month I do like real cheddar sometimes but so expensive
I'm really not a good shopper I just assumed bigger supermarket cheaper prices I do the big shop for the bacon cheese butter then the rest of the month 7 elevens for milk bread snacks If it was cheap charlie Chonburi he would know the 8 baht saving lol

Everything you got cost more than what you pay in Lidi or Aldi in the UK
Yes Lidi and Aldi don't have to pay import tax
Have to pay a little more here for some items
But a lot of things over here are cheaper
Expect to pay 25% extra for foreign goods in Thailand. Same in reverse when buying Thai goods in U.K.
Damn everything is so expensive !

Enlightening. It's not cheap. Definitely cheaper at Aldi and Lidl.
I think the prices are similar to a tesco on UK
