This thing is quiet strong but what happens if it met the British fv215b death star, will it get annihilated or will it win?
@@riffatbegum-pe8wtWell it depends, if the FV 251 somehow misses, then the Waffenträger will likely be having a feast on that TD, the long 25+ second reload is long enough for the Waffenträger to unload its 6 drum magazine with a 2 second reload gap between shots. However, if the FV manages to take the shot, it doesn't really guarantees a one shot kill, and if he operates alone, well, he'd better back up.
I don't usually find these mods particularly interesting in the long run. However, this was so good I played the hell out of it the first time. Best mode ever and the music is just surreal.
wg never goes wrong with the WT gamemode. the nostalgia of playing the beast itself and the absolutely amazing soundtrack is the perfect mix for the perfect event. love it
yep, plus, recently, marketing and video teams have been earning their money. Solid job.
I don't think there's a way of making it balanced without ruining the experience of playing it.

Those "random battle" scenes could mean that the WT auf E100 returns to the game but balanced? Interesting thoughts! 🤔
A good observation, but I'd think it would be more of a event where you play exactly like in random but their waffeltragers around too
The WT auf is in the game but it's an Asian server exclusive. QuickyBaby mentions that in one of his older videos.
Would be nice to see it on the EU server though
Edit note: it could be that there doing 2 types of Waffenträger game modes, to begin with its the classic style of blitzkrieg vs the harriers in the dark ominous field. Then after a few days it swaps to the daytime, more modern version of the game mode where the tanks don't have the futuristic coils and scientific look about them
Second edit note: a litteral observation. It could be von kreigs daughter coming back to take revenge on the harriers.

They don't even need to rebalance it. Just make it a premium tank.
As per the article: "What they certainly don’t expect is mass-produced Waffenträgers." This might be the sign of introducing back the WT auf E100, can't wait to get my hands on that!!! That von Krieger 3D style of it will be a huge bonus!!

@@Janek212 If it was WT auf's flashbacks to old times, then how come the WT auf is fighting an American Yoh tank? As far as I know, American Yoh tanks didn't exist back in the time of old WT auf

@@PerfectBalance17 that may be he's powerful side, but on the other hand - it's big and paper, so it also can be an easy target. It all depends on WG, cause of course 114 sp2, which is bigger than lot of heavy tanks, has a second best cammo on tier 10 (absolute nonsense). WG may make it OP by giving it weird stats, so we'll see
@@_Cookie_Warrior_ wt is a different world, it has good accuracy , clip, 352 gold Penetration, 2 second intra clip reload and so on.
Finally! I've been waiting for it sooooo long ago. One of my favorite mode in this game.
I don't play this game cause of their monetization, though i am well known of how it goes in the game, their team regarding graphics is absolutely amazing and i give kudos for this soundtrack and the camera work in this gameplay trailer, not many games are able to make gameplay trailer look like it was prerender cgi.
I'm curious. Which kind of monetization would you approve of...? I know everyone hates P2W mechanics, but almost all F2P games have them.
Sir, i don't know which games you play pretty much every game that is free and succesful is not pay to win otherwise it would be dead, if this game came out today it would die instantly, skins and cosmetics are way to go, not in game content. There are many games who has survived and developed to be one of the most played games just by using cosmetics, Riot Games is a perfect example.
Of course if you are not a mobile gamer, usually everything free is pay to win there.
If WoT came out today, it would be a different kind of game, I think we can agree on that. However, there's no way for WoT to make money on cosmetics alone. It has been proven. Those simply do not sell well, which is why Wargaming rarely puts them out. The big money comes from new/OP tanks and christmas lootboxes, and to a lesser extent, from gold sales. (If you want to compare WoT to games made by Riot, I think it's important to understand the target audience, too. Riot games are for young people. WoT is for old geezers.) @@Supportik

Been outta WT for a LONNGGG time and I gotta say, this mode has been fun. Sadly it seems half the people don't know to sprint for the gen once they have the charge-up.

God damn it 4 shells with 750 alpha and 3 seconds intraclip, today's meta can accept this beast anyday back in the game, next to all these other autoloaders .

This to me is a TEASER, they dont usually show the waffle withouth the electric skin and playing a ramdom battle with heavies as far i can remember, they might bring this back to random battles

In my opinion the WT shouldn't return soon... the meaning might be that you have to fight it in it's dimension, and in the World of Tanks dimension... which means that we will have some tanks modified (looks like a WZ-111-5A with a turbo) to compete against the Waffentrager in some kind of normal mode

My favourite mod. 🖤 I play only for year and a half, so didn't had a chance to play with WT when it still was in the game. Sad of course, WG should bring it back, we already have a lot of very powerful tanks with lots of armor and they're making lots of damage, so i think WT should be in the game too, knowing that he almost doesn't have armor, also there's ebr's in the game, so it will be intresting and kinda hard to play with WT. Come on WG, you can do it, bring him back, make us happy. 😉

When WG Introduced the Waffenträger Auf. 100 I quit the game and didn't return until they announced that it would be removed. Played now and then ever since however, this actually got me a bit exited...
Good. And when it will arrive, I really hope that i will get this back as a original owner of this tank. You can take away the grille.
