KIGALI FASHION WEEK 2015 DISPLAYED IN STYLE

The annual Kigali Fashion Week 2015 was held at Belgium Ambassodor’s residence in Kigali. The event was unique and diverse, extraordinary creative talents of the young people, who showcased the latest fashion trends, particularly for the promising young designers as well as new styles for the models.

I am an African fashion designer from Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire ( Ivory Coast ). I congratulate my African people in Rwanda who are involved in the fashion and doing some great things there in Kigali. It is all about promoting the African culture through fashion. I would like to participate next year at the Kigali Fashion Week. I would like to showcase my designs to the Rwandan public. could have been much better, the tailoring is off on a lot of the pieces and the overall presentation lacks panache but I guess it not horrible for a first time!

+Fl00RraⓋ That gorgeous red flower-applique dress! The bodice was really lovely, too. It It desperately needed for the model to be able to walk in it. So awful to have it presented on wheels - ugh! Loved the men's red suits, too, really top-notch for that sort of "free-spirited dandy" style.
