BTC can disregard techincals when in a bull, did that in 2020 when it crossed previous ATH... stayed there a few weeks and continued pumping like crazy to 60k. Also, there is one constant... when around 90 on monthly RSI, the end is near. And don't expect crazy price targets of 500k... expect around 100k at most and be happy if there's more after that. If you believe big boys and CEO's of big invesment firms saying targets like 1M this cycle.. you deserve to be their exit liquidity..It's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3B'tc to a decent 21B'tc in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

A great set of charts and commentary that clearly explains the debt/deficit issue with historical comparisons. Jim is right in saying that this situation was caused by weak leadership in the Congress and that it will likely not be resolved politically, but will require that financial markets force change. That will be economically painful for most Americans.

Weak leadership in Congress AND weak median voter who wants to live beyond his/her means. Remember: it is the voter who elects who sits in the Congress. Ultimately, politicians are a byproduct and a reflection of the median voter.

Finally, cant stand when they talk about the deficit in dollar amounts, it's the % of GDP and cost to finance thats important. Thanks for actually providing some value!

Given everything just said, can we still refer to the US10Y as the ‘risk free rate’?

The debt and deficit are not an issue until the bond market says it is. Both Trump and Biden spend like drunken sailors so deficits will continue to explode only for our children to pay for it.

What was the 30 year treasury telling us when it wiped out the entire QE bullrun (from 2008) in a single year?

Well Trump spent the fiscal subsidies on the backdrop of ,0.1% 10 year yield.
Not quite a fair comparison when gas price was at record lowest the past 70 year. Bidenomics Big Government is literally the uncomfortable theme no single Democrats would dare to bring up once since Obama Yes We Can..
      Can what?😊

I would like to know if Jim Bianco is taking into account the US dollar as a factor here; it´s still the world´s reserve currency. It complicates things a bit. I have seen a few dozen hours of content, I don´t remember it being mentioned. You see, you are in Pluto´s cave, so to speak, because you grew up and operates in the only jurisdiction that issues the world´s reserve currency, so maybe there is some lack of perception about the imbalances, favourable to the jurisdiction that issues it, that are tipping the scales.

The milkshake theory? The debts expansion will offset it's supposedly reserve rate of growth. There's simply no easy way out of the real cost of Big Government

Wrong assumption, Trump will be a physical conservative (reaign in budget) if re-elected.
