- It was meant to be a landmark summit - a celebration of NATO and the alliance's success in helping to secure peace in Europe for 70 years.
But the meeting of world leaders ended in acrimony with Donald Trump calling the Canadian leader Justin Trudeau "two-faced", before cancelling a planned news conference and flying home.
The cause was a video that appeared to show Mr Trudeau gossiping about the US president with - among others - Boris Johnson.
The fallout from that - and another spat with the French President Emmanuel Macron - overshadowed talks that were supposed to tackle the most significant threats to security in Europe and the world.

Trump does the job better than they do, he is a politician who keeps his promises or at least tries like hell to despite all the establishment’s effort to subvert him, and he exposes them. Of course they hate him. Trump makes it clear that the career politicians and administrative state aren’t even trying. Every government largesse is simply an opportunity for these corrupt politicians to line their own pockets. Which is why they never met a government program, foreign aid package or war that they didn’t love. $$$

I am still convinced the Ukraine invasion would never have happened with Trump in power.

Also, being the first Prime Minister to breach the ethics standards 3 times, it is clear he sees himself above the law and holds the Canadian political structure in contempt.
I've omitted commenting on Canada's 'free press', but there is so much to be said about the Federal funding of so-called, unbiased 'free press' in Canada.

As opposed to the European countries who allowed mass migration of cultures who have no desire to assimilate, despise the local culture, practice Sharia law, create no go zones for Police and locals, soaring crime rates against women swept under the rug, beautiful major cities becoming stabbing capitals, the Mayor of London declaring that terrorism is just a part of big city living now. Do I really need to go on? I would choose the US over any of these nations by a country mile.

I house homeless people and now Island County wish to close my legal renting and to send me out from my property to live as homeless. #2 says “all residents of the three-bedrooms house on the Property to vacate the premises within 14 days. After 14 days any person remaining in the houses may be removed” In all previous orders, the house was exempt. #3 says: “Mr. Muresan may reside in a personal vehicle on the(his) property. Mr. Muresan shall not enter or reside in any recreational vehicle of any kind, or any building on the property” #5 says: “Island County may shut off power supply to the garage/carport building and any RV. After 14 days may shut of electricity to the house” # 6 says: "Island County may physically secure the garage, RVs and any other structures that have been used for human habitation”
