Kevin Levin is honestly the best character in Ben 10. First is obviously Malware. His story and the running gag in UFA about his car getting destroyed is what signifies on him being the best character.
Now I don't know if this is true but I heard somewhere that Kevin 11,000 was suffering from schizophrenia and Ben put him in the Null Void until he got over it. Once he was cured he was sent free and became friends with Ben again
