Kasirye Ggwanga accused of burning tractor

Police in Lubowa town along Kampala-Entebbe road have opened investigations into the allegations that a senior UPDF army officer Brigadier Kasirye Ggwanga burnt a tractor he found on a piece of land, which he claims belongs to him
The contractor Dennis Wasabi claims that yesterday the maverick officer stormed a site in Lubowa, shot in the air and later burnt his tractor.
