Second, every encounter with THEM is *very* rare, even when inside of SU which is tailor-made to find THEM, and THEIR dialogue is often not with words, but with action reflected in the narration. You don't speak to THEM, you *feel* what THEY want to say and do, and you're often powerless to do anything about it, to the point even Herta struggles to get you together after some encounters.
