Skoottie, I highly recommend the Picnic mod for you. It's similar to your "Golden Corral" run concept, but it offsets the dwindling customer counts by allowing customers to order much larger meals. The "appetizer", "side dish", and "dessert" slots can now be substituted with an entree, so a customer could order a burger with a side of salad, etc. The mod also comes with a big open map layout, with plenty of space to store all the ingredients you'll need.
I must step up here for my fellow Canadians, we ABSOLUTELY drink bagged milk outside of Quebec. Not directly out of the bag mind you, but we don't buy milk in jugs, only bags. Apparently some places in the US have it too, but it's very few.
Love seeing PlateUp, although seeing that long stretch behind the bar on the left bugs me a bit. It feels like the perfect place to lay out all the blueprint desks like a marketplace
I love this game and love watching you play it but I was wondering what the mod you’re using during prep is cause I would love it. Thanks and please more plateup
At overtime day 4 I was sitting their thinking they didn't need a second milk, if they moved the coffee making to the left side of the kitchen and put the milk steamer where the coffee making was then it would have been perfect without needing a second milk and having both automated (IE milk going into steamer)
Don't know where in Canada Gavin is from, but let me confirm, Canadian's do in fact drink bagged milk. NORTHERN ONTARIO REPRESENT Tbh though, Canada is hardly a homogenous country. We're more like 5 different countries held together by ice and duct tape.
Similar to how the rest of the world uses Texas accents for a stereotypical American, Nova Scotia is where most of the Canadian stereotypes come from. Quebec, Ontario and the Maritime provinces have bagged milk. We don't really see it in western Canada.
@@aimc00232All Quebec groceries stores have bagged milk too. TBH, that whole Canadian bit was oddly completely off-target. Even calling QC "Texas of canada" when Alberta exist, and then saying all they care about is separation when for over 20years separation is in the mind of less than 20% of people just felt like the whole thing was outdated by 30 years
Want to point out, that i am in Canada, Around the GTA (toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga ETC ) And I have ONLY seen Bagged milk, nothing else in my entire life
where in Canada does itsgng live 😭 I'm not a bagged milk person but I'm definitely an outlier. bagged milk is the majority of the dairy section in groceries & ppl look at you weird if you insult bagged milk lmao
Hey, Skoottie! Just started playing plate up like a couple weeks ago, and was wondering if you had mods installed, and what are they? I'd love to have my blueprints delivered outside, or move things around without moving my character. OR is it just a setting I'm missing???
your friend is either in Northern alberta or is NOT canadian and is from canada at a young age. the guy has no idea what hes talking about e.e OR hes extremely privileged and has never had to go grocery shopping
I'm not a native speaker. So, I apologize for the my mistakes. And maybe I don't hear all things you talk around. But!! Some last videos I've seen gng throw away a research desk. And then... You buy it again! Why? What is the minus 100500 IQ move? Maybe do you have a challenge?
Cuz if you don’t have a research desk, they will offer it every round, meaning that when you get a chance to get the copy desk, you will get the research desk in the same round, which then you can copy, buy the duplicate, and upgrade the original for something else. Compared to if you just keep the research, you have a lower chance of hitting it again in the future.
So excited to see more PlateUp on the channel! -- please, more of this game

Yeah, I don't know what Gavin is on saying Canadian's don't have bagged milk.
@@Xseleonit's eastern vs western divided. You won't see bag milk in the west.
That's funny. I had bagged milk growing up in Alberta, then jugs in Ontario as a teenager and now cartons. 🤷

They make a lot of confusing choices regarding the desks.
