I’m not comparing Hari jee with Mehdi sb, Mehdi sb has no match with anyone, unki adayigi, talafuz, andaaz e bayan was enormous. Being a Pakistani I knew that he had been sitting with great writer and shayar. His compositions and compilations are miraculous. And I’m addicted to his style of singing. Unki gayi hui ghazalein raaj karti thi aur karti rahe ge. He was best he is Best and He will always be.
We know the song is based on raga JOG but in a live progm. Mehdihassan ji himself announce before starting this song as the raga is Madhukauns. Now Jog or Madhukauns ? What is correct ?
