Do we have to set the workflow by choosing somewhere whether the project has live linking or shared linking or shared and consumed linking methodology? Or is automatically determined when model coordination is turned on?

Hello. The Shared, Consumed and Live linking is all determined based on how the files are linked to and what workflows you follow when going about the project process (sharing, consuming, etc.). This should all be covered in the Docs and Design videos in this same playlist. From there, you can set whatever folder you choose to be your Model Coordination space and any project in that folder will be clashed.

Thank you, a question: is it possible in the clash results to perform a "group by" a specific property selected by the user among the availables if i have non revitv graphic files with their own peculiar properties ? or, in other whords : is it a customizable filter quesry for the group by? thank you

Hello. Sadly we are a bit limited in this respect, but what you can do is change how they are grouped (from a list of pre-defined parameters). To do this, click on the "Filter and Group" button near the top of the list when viewing your clashes. Here you can change the grouping from by Obrject to a number of other options. Hope this helps!
