Hey fellow mama! I’m 27 weeks pregnant with 2nd babe and had an unmedicated birth with my now 15 month old sweet girl- it was NOT calm like yours- it was intense and I was not quiet lol and you’ve inspired me to tap even deeper into my breathing and try to stay far more centered. Did you use any particular breathing techniques? Or did you count as you were breathing? Thank you so much and congrats on baby #2!!!❤
