Let everyone know how far it is to the nearest grocery store. Also, if you need a repair past Atlantic Home Warranty, let everyone know everyone know just how difficult it is to find anyone to repair anything on Pei.
Good call! It's awesome that this home is only 16.7 km's to the Morell Co-op (open 7 days a week!!) - fortunately no repairs needed but I am happy to connect any homeowner with numerous contractors when needed! Thanks for watching Mike!
I found cost of housing is somehow higher than that in Greater Toronto Area. With C$2.24M, you could have plenty and better build quality options there in Ontario, but if you wanna spend C$2m in PEI to find a dream home, choices are quite limited.
Interesting comment...I've spent much time in Toronto this year and have seen nothing waterfront like this even remotely close to this price. I've had my own Toronto clients sell average townhouses in Toronto for over 2 million. This is many acres, waterfront, a carriage suite and is furnished.
@@anthonydelodder321 When it comes to real estate, people say location location location. Most waterfront properties in PEI are in rural area, not in Charlottetown, so the value isn't quite there unless waterfront is your priority. Also, there are different levels of renovation in Toronto. This one I would say it's undoubtedly top notch in PEI while above average in GTA. This is just my personal opinion. No offense. I'm still shopping around.
Imagine having such a beautiful home on such beautiful land in such a beautiful province of such a beautiful country…. And THATS how you choose to decorate your home. They’ve obviously got the money, there’s no excuse for that mess 🤮 ugh and it’s like they asked for the ugliest chandelier fixture they had at restoration hardware for the staircase. Whoever designed the pattern for that couch should be in prison. The kitchen stove and shower is nice, but the tile choice is awful…. Is this a Canadian thing? I notice Canadians have literally THE WORST interior design senses… if this was the exact home but placed in California with Californian owners then the place would come to life 🌞 I’m genuinely disturbed that any adult with a fully functioning prefrontal cortex would make these design choices.
See ya I'm first in line.
It's such a beauty!
@@anthonydelodder321 This is a very beauty. Dream-house in a magic place as PEI. Mesmerizing views.

Obviously he can’t afford it so a “trash the decorator “ comment. Someone who can afford /buy it would of course personalize it.
