the story with the jealous boyfriend triggered me. at least he didn't really do something to her. for all the people who went through stuff like that and even worse (my ex-fiance was way worse, but it started out like that) hear my words:
1. They won't change, they will never change
2. Get out of that relationship as fast as you can!!!
3. Even if you think you have no friends, no family and there is only them left, and you think you are nothing without them, leave. YOU ARE BETTER THAN THEY WILL EVER BE! Even if you don't know it yet.
4. It definetly will get better. It takes time. time to resocialise, time to get a grip to life again, time to not flinch when a hand is going near your face, time to not sleep on the outer corner of the bed ready to jump up and save yourself. It all takes time. BUT IT WILL GET BETTER. And you definetly will be stronger than anytime before.
My expieriences almost broke me, it took a long time to feel human again and to feel worthy of even being just liked by anyone. But i am stronger than ever before. YOU will be that too. It is hard, but it is worth it. If you don't know where to go when you leave situation like these, go to the police. There are Institutions just for women and their children, safe houses where the exes can't enter. The police knows about them and will bring you there. THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO GET OUT AND LIVE!!!

The last ep struck me most. My bf and I came to a phase just like that. Back then we don't know how to communicate, we don't know how to balance a quality time with each other and stuffs that keeping us busy. But we come to realize that keeping your partner away or pushing your partner away without you knowing it is unhealthy and it tends to make the relationship fall apart in the end. So before that happens we talked and talked and think about why we fell in love with each other in the first place. That's why proper communication and trust is a really big help as to having a healthy relationship. We just have to learn how to prioritize and be responsible in our commitments. 😊😊😊
