Whenever I do my floors I go over everything first with a vacuum, then with a microfiber cloth or a dry swifter pad before finally doing the wed pads. Helps collect most of the hair and dust so the wet pad can clean better!

Get a Roomba… I love it. Especially on my hardwood floors. I run it at least once a day and it’s collects a lot of dust that I often can’t visibly see. It does the work for you. Then if you want to follow throw with your swifer to make it glossy the dust will already be gone.
Ooouuu I think I will! My place is really small so idk if it’ll work for my current situation but I’ll definitely invest in one when I get my new place because the swifer isn’t cutting it lol thanks for the rec girly! 🤍

ok girl so i started using a microfiber cloth on my swiffer instead of swiffer pads. i use the multipurpose cleaner and spray it on a section of the floor then mop. cleans better and definitely gets the dust because of the microfiber. i got a giant pack of the cloths at tj max!

Hey love! I believe the church is called Epiphany Fellowship Church. It was a beautiful service, they had a guest speaker when I went so I didn’t hear the lead pastor minister yet but I’ll definitely be going back. I also checked out Tabernacle Harvest Church in Pottstown and I LOVED it. It’s like a 45 min drive but the worship and ministry was AMAZING!!!

I’m a little older then you but I am making this year intentional. Reading the book of John now. A chapter a night. And my Bible study sis told me read it twice. Read each book twice so that you will understand and remember more.

I’m currently reading the book of Mark, doing daily devotionals and a Daily Bible plan on the Bible app. I’ve grown up in the church but have found myself seeking Him because I really want to be intentional about my relationship with Him. And silly question do you drink the whole can of pre workout? I feel like the whole thing is too much for me. I'm trying them out just get jittery if it's too much.
So normally if I drink an entire can of the energy drink, I sip it slowly for about 30-40 minutes before my workout, otherwise I get bloated quickly. I haven’t had any experience with getting jittery on the energy drinks themselves but I do get jittery and tingly/itchy with the actual preworkout powder!

Hey love! I believe the church is called Epiphany Fellowship Church. It was a beautiful service, they had a guest speaker when I went so I didn’t hear the lead pastor minister yet but I’ll definitely be going back. I also checked out Tabernacle Harvest Church in Pottstown and I LOVED it. It’s like a 45 min drive but the worship and ministry was AMAZING!!!

I won’t be able to go to Pottstown because I don’t have a car up here in Philly and I don’t really think I’ll buy one as there are no places to park in my area of Philly. I checked it out on Google maps to see if I could take the bus and Google said 2 hours and 44 mins. 😂. Thanks for the info. I’ll be sure to check it out!

I’m a little older then you but I am making this year intentional. Reading the book of John now. A chapter a night. And my Bible study sis told me read it twice. Read each book twice so that you will understand and remember more.
@@Niahmama girl yes, the devil is working extra hard but he has no power or authority over here! I’m currently reading the book of Mark, doing daily devotionals and a Daily Bible plan on the Bible app. I’ve grown up in the church but have found myself seeking Him because I really want to be intentional about my relationship with Him. Keep staying in the Word, I’ll definitely read them twice so I can really study and meditate on the message! Thank you for the tip 🤍

And silly question do you drink the whole can of pre workout? I feel like the whole thing is too much for me. I'm trying them out just get jittery if it's too much.
So normally if I drink an entire can of the energy drink, I sip it slowly for about 30-40 minutes before my workout, otherwise I get bloated quickly. I haven’t had any experience with getting jittery on the energy drinks themselves but I do get jittery and tingly/itchy with the actual preworkout powder!

- 40 g oats
- 100 g banana
- 60 ml almond milk
- 1 egg
- 40 g egg whites
- 10 g protein powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Just throw everything in a blender and fry them up!
