Also, I would suggest getting a table to go in the office, that way if you have guest or business meetings, they have a place to set their things (keys, phone, drink... ) I love selling Sunset as well.

My husband’s family live in Calgary, I’ve always loved it there! We live in Edmonton, and it’s starting to get chilly here and dark fast. I love fall also, but the cold winter’s I could do without lol Always look forward to your videos :)

As for your office, I love the chairs just as they are but if you do want to add something,, add a vase because adding a table would look a bit cluttered.✨

The birthday was so beautiful!!!! Even my 12 year old daughter told me that she would love a birthday like that! The girls are getting so big! I used to be a toddler teacher and yes it is true, between 18 and 24 months there are a lot of changes. The babies are becoming little girls. And between 2 and 3 year old you will see even.more changes.
The colors, arrangements, and decor of the party were just stunning. They are all my favorite colors. You designed everything to a "T". Awesome Birthday party!🎂 Way to go Steph. I only have one child, a daughter who is 12 in October - I remember her 2s like it was yesterday! Each phase has its own joys.
Her 2 to 3 years were hilarious! She had me laughing all the time. A friend gave me a book called "My Kid Said the Darndest Thing!" Most of what's written in there is from that time.
I suggest writing stuff down and recording how they say things. Some of my favs? "That's reeeedicooolus!" (ridiculous) "El-flin" (elephant) and plee-air-mo (playroom).
She also opened her own "restaurant" around that time; she took our orders by scribbling down stuff in a Tinkerbell notebook and served food in votives. The restaurant was called, "Parmesan." Lol!

You should put a small table in your office :) that’s handy if you are offering drinks to your guests. Or something they can put their phone or laptop if you’re holding a meeting.
Girl, my boyfriend of 8 years let's me drive his 71's monte carlo, and 72 Cadillac deville convertible. Beautiful birthday party btw. I helped with my neice's 2nd birthday and we did her's in Candyland. We spray painted the yard like the road in Candyland. Had a bounce house, games, blow up sprinklers, and the pool. Those kiddos had so much fun. Oh and all those balloons 😍 love!
