I've seen quite a few examples of this concept on TH-cam and yet yours is the most lucid presentation I have come across. It is made without contradiction and is complete in its explanation.

Sir Brezinsky I am from Istanbul and having my MA Eng.Literature & Eng.Linq. art masters here in karachi..my thesis question is nothingness and existentialism relationship and case study of Waiting for Godot.I watched all traditional ancients on ethical philosophies and your Kant video opened my eyes deeply ..İ wish you had Descartes's video 2 for the Cogito...But ,highly logical point of views ,wish I Lived in same city as you to have you my teacher.Thank you for being helpful

What an effective way of covering the subject matter for his students, an able teacher is a rarity. Thank you for sharing.
Has always seemed to me to provide the most accurate metaphysics. Except it does omit what we know to be true about the biological mechanics of genetic transfer, which is the only permanent output from existence of all living creature and explains all innate behaviours.

Isn't the revolt a hidden leap into a kind of justification of life?

You missed the point. He makes every word count. He doesn't jabber out meaningless words. To fully absorb his lecture you have to watch at normal speed.

Great lecture! But pronounce Camus als 'Camü' (like in the German word 'über'), not as Camoo.
