The one you eat is a bitter called "Ampalaya" vegetables it's good for those who luck of blood cells.. it's give and boost your blood..good for people having a low blood.

Some foreigners think Cebu is just Cebu City but it's not. For example, just 30 minutes away from Cebu City is Talisay where the original Cebu Lechon came from. It's much more delicious but definitely cheaper than than those branded lechon restaurants in Cebu City. Same with Carcar but it's farther from Cebu City.
For the million sardine run & whale sharks adventures there's Moalboal & Oslob. Just don't get taxis near ports or airports, they'll surely rip you off. Try buses. Have fun!
