Like finding money in your pocket. It was there all along but when you find it by surprise it's fucking exciting you feel like you gained something. Really glad I found this band, Witch, Stoned Jesus, Electric Wizard, Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats. Good vibes

I just love how much Beirut is in the side panel and you wouldn't even think these two would go together.

Doom metal is my favorite because it is tied to the roots of metal, the Black Sabbath and other 70s metal I listened to growing up. Stoner/doom is old school rock and roll and it's made of pure love and dreams.

I usually dont like people endorsing other bands on different channels, but I spend a lot of time looking for unique music such as this, I say more of hobby and a love for music. So, I came across an band similar to this but a little heavier I would say "Brotherhood Of Sleep". I just finished listen to them, and was compelled to share with other music lovers such as anyone listen to this. I hope no one minds=)

Hi. I had heard an contemporary lesser known (indie) Australian psychedelic rock band a while ago. I have forgotten their unusual name, and can't seem to find it in my TH-cam history or recommendation searches as well. They had their album art or TH-cam video image of some weird creature more like an amphibian or sort of aquaman... The name probably started with either R or B, not sure anymore.. They mostly played instrumental music. No lyrics.. Is there anyone who seem to know such artist. The band originated either in Melbourne or Perth..

Yes, I agree that all these psychedelic/stoner bands have more or less the same sound and vibe to them - but, hey, it´s a good sound and vibe, so I for one am not complaining ;)

I prefer country-jazz-sex-metal but this proud to get high metal is cool too.
This is really nice. It's great that there are newer psychedelic groups around. "Prog' rock is fine but it can get a little derivative and corny at times. I think I prefer the 'psychedelic' groups overall. They also have much cooler names than today's pop groups with their often poorly thought out, goofy names.
