Although this is very pleasant to watch and very relaxing, ear candles can have the opposite intended effect and increase wax in the ear due to the candle was itself. Furthermore no actual evidence of ear candles working has ever been documented. So please don't try this at home and just enjoy the relaxation

As satisfying as ear candling looks it’s very bad for you, the wax you see inside afterwards would form if it wasn’t in your ear and you can get damage from the smoke
I see ear candling as more of a relaxing ASMR session for the receiver and not as a cleaning! It’s really important to protect the receiver’s ear by catching any wax, cutting the candle as you go and removing it before it gets too close!

its a good video but scientifically Candle ear waxing has no medicinal impact whatsoever. Not only it has been proven that it does not reduce ear wax , it also shows it might lead to increase of ear wax or other complications as the result of doing it. A simple google search will bring those research summaries.

They are a sticker with a metal ball in the middle. After a few days, you take the sticker off and throw it away. The ball stays on the sticker the whole time so everything is removed when you take it off. Very safe and effective
