Hello mam,
I have been your customer from 3 years and really like some of your products. I even visited you when I came to India with my daughter and bought products.
But the gold facial cream I last ordered had fungus in it. Your staff refuses to believe and is not giving a refund.. . This is not fair. This is my honest feedback. I did not make it wet. it had fungus right when I opened it. I sent a picture immediately as well. You should take positive and negative feedback in the same light. Just because other customers did not face it, it doesn't mean my feedback is false.
