बहुत अच्छी remedy है. मुझेफायदा हुआ है. hairfall की वजह से मैने अपने बाल काटे थे और उसके बाद मुझे ये पता चला. अब मुझे पछ्तावा हो रहा है की मैने बाल काटे ही क्यो. इस तेल की वजह से मेरे बाल एकदम अच्छे हो गये है. बार बार बालों मे हाथ डालने का मन होता है. freeze free बाल हो गये है. Prerna di, winters being along very very dry skin all over the body. Is there some oil blend that we can make to apply all over the body after a shower to help with this? The snow & the wind really cut the skin if it is even slightly dry.

Wah wah prerna such a great oil to be used and consumed as well.. Yes indeed black sesame seeds kalonji seeds are great for hair.... I'm using kalonji oil prepared in mustard oil not sesame though its giving tremendous results can't put it words.. I had severe hair fall recently.... Will try this too very soon and get back... @@mantashaayesha7645 roast Nigella seed and Fenugreek seed for 30 sec then blend it with dry curry leaves.
Put this mixture and Mustard oil in pan on low flame.
Leave this for 10 min on flame then cool down on room temperature.
You are ready to go.

Mam in one of your video regarding you had told about boiling cut onions and garlic. I made this oil and have applied once and in the morning used rice water on the hair, kept it for an hour and then had shampoo wash.
But still hairfall is there, and sone hairline and white hair is there. Should I make this oil and use alternatively. Please suggest 🙏 😊
