i completely follow until i get to the lens length. Then my view just disappears. Where is the lens length starting from? How do I know what number to put there to cut the view where i want? i see below the lens length there are cutting planes front and back. How do those work?
This helps a lot but where are the dialog boxes in CADWorx Structure 2018? New to this program & desperately trying to figure out how to make my elevations from a 3d model. Can you please help? Really having hard time finding out how to do this since the dialog boxes are not the same in 2018 ….
Dawn CADWorx Structure did change the function but you can make it work the same. In the dialog box you have a pull down that has choices like PLAN, ELEVATION, DETAILS, PICK POINTS. If you select PICK POINTS you will be able to create the View Box like I showed in the video. I will create a new video soon to show that one and the others in Structure.
Tried selecting points like you suggested but it won't let me create viewport showing just a specific view box at a particular level. I'm looking forward to the new video in 2018 concerning this part. Thank you for the help.

(Not the minimum requirements)? - Mainboard? - CPU exact model? - memory Ram count with mhz, ecc? - Grafics card model? - storage SSD/HDD, read/write speed?
If you check the CADWorx system requirements I would start there. I have ran CADWorx on a little as Intel i5 processor, but i7 or Xeon would the best. I would Max out the RAM, You can get away with 8gb but I would get a minimum of 16bg. Then get the best graphics card you can get. I have not really worked with CADWorx with BricsCAD, I know it comes with it but if I am not mistaken it does not bring in Laser Scan ReCap files in with out a third party software, so that is the reason we have not gone to it.

I have seen bricscad and it seams way better than AutoCad regarding the functionalities and it is even more afordable. It looked like if you have Bricscad ultimate you get something like "Revit, Inventor, and Autocad" in one System. Please Help me. My pipe length is 500 mm but when I generate ISO in Cadworx the pipe length in the BOQ and ISO drawing is 12700 mm.
that is 500 inch, equal to 12700mm

Sir how to create the view box in aligned plan. My plan view is 56 degree aligned
I do not thing there is a way. I have tried rotating the UCS and rotating the ViewBox and they always snap back to the World UCS. I will keep looking.
