Honestly its starting to feel like the cancelled super duper graphics pack. The lighting in some areas looks really similar. Hope they actually turn around and end up taking some more inspiration from the canceled pack or revitalizing it in some capacity.
But we can't be too sure because SDGP might be more optimised compared to this one before they removed the ability to add third party Shaders made by fans for fans..

9.) Wolf armor
10.) Customizable wolf armor
11.) New wolf variants.
12.) Bad Omen rework
13.) Hard Mode for trial chambers
14.) Hardcore for Bedrock
15.) Several QOL improvements.
16.) New effects to apply to mobs
17.) Shaders being worked on to be brought to the vanilla playing experience.
It is a fact that this year Mojang is being much more productive than in past years

it gets old when you have to use the PS4 launcher on a PS5 and a long overdue shader update
If you have Xbox you can get it, it’s just a tad bit difficult but you can get any Bedrock Mod, you just gotta watch a tutorial on it.

Cool. Now all we need is support for transparent tinting for Stained Glass. Stained Glass is currently completely transparent other than the colored edges..
I agree about not wanting those edges. It’s odd having “window frames” on a large window for example a skyscraper.
Maybe having the same lighting effects like rtx may be cool too, i mean like if light goes through a painted glass the light shining through will have the same colour

Bedrock always had issues with dynamic skies, i would love if mojang updated it

If you ask me, one area where Mojang definitely needs to optimize is when the player is looking at many point-light sources such as Redstone Lamps. This causes the frame rate to drop to ~10 FPS on the lowest possible settings, even on the highest end devices.

The bedrock shaders have a long way to catch to the Iris mod on java, but damn they're better than the shaders I used to use on pocket edition many years ago

It looks really good but until they optimize it I'm gonna stick to the better renderdragon shaders. I really hope someone can make something similar to Complimentary Reimagined for bedrock though.
I hope someday Minecraft will be able to have that look and esthetic of Minecraft Dungeons. Visually, that game is beautiful. It's what I picture Minecraft to be at its literal best. Like an animation or one of the update trailers.

I wish they would look realistic and maybe have simulated 3D (and not blocky) clouds. Or maybe a little blocky, but more wispy like real clouds.

Hey echo, I have a Huawei nova Y90 and I somehow still can't use shders on bedrock. I've tried it on pojavlauncher but its too laggy, even on vanilla, when it uses bsl. Bedrock on the amothe hand Runs at like 100+ fps and when I use shaders it just changes the skybox and the sun. What do I do echo? If this is going to be fixed or is mentioned in the changelog please say it in on of your videos, and thanks.
minecraft preview for console just got added “unlimited textures” that wasn’t there before so hopefully ray tracing will be available soon 😁

Ray tracing requires RTX video cards... Which consoles don't have.
Ray tracing is never coming to consoles, unless they make consoles with these video cards.
We can only hope for shaders, but it seems Mojang doesn't care about Bedrock at all, it's been over a year since they said about shaders coming to bedrock. There's been no new news for consoles, hell, it doesn't work properly even on mobile yet.
@@zatupich ray tracing is in minecraft preview it’s just greyed out, xbox has been using shaders for a while by workarounds
@@aa-fs9re ray tracing is not only in Minecraft preview it has been in the standard Minecraft bedrock for a long time now and it has always been graued out. Shaders and RTX are not the same thing. Also even from what I saw, it seems like playing with shaders on Xbox is still a pretty complicated thing

I really hope the creators work on waving trees and grass, not that booklet wave you might see. Only issue it will be performance based
Minecraft has been needing a realistic day/night cycle for so long now and the new nighttime looks way better. = )

How would this work exactly? Would you have to buy it like a texture pack? Or will minecraft have its own built in shader? I remember that greyed out option for it and wondering how that would work.
I'm wondering that as well because otherwise it's unfair to players who don't have any resource packs
I believe they will just allow creators to make their on shaders and publish it on the marketplace. The creators will make their shaders either free, or not free
The greyed out option is RTX not shaders, those are 2 completely different things. But Shaders are only in preview right now under the RTX option labeled “Deferred Technical Preview”

Who else thinks we should have the ability to control the amount of moonlight for every moon phase? For example: little to no moonlight for New Moon, and a lot of moonlight for a Full Moon. It would then be more realistic, as moonlight comes from the light from the Sun being reflected off the Moon, and light coming from a New Moon makes no sense.

Poggys luminous dreams shader pack does not work as I cannot get past the Bstlar website ad page. The website it tries to bring me to sends an invalid response, not allowing me to follow the instructions and gain access.

TrueRealism HD and Afreshed Textures are the best bedrock texture packs if you can’t use shaders IMO
haven't looked at afreshed textures, it can run along side TrueRealism?

Yes I Think I Have TrueRealism HD Texture Pack
@@seebooze but overall I prefer Afreshed over TrueRealism mainly for the colours. I think TrueRealism still has better and more realistic overall blocks etc. but Afreshed kinda seems like the colours and such are more crisp and attractive, it also has animations for mobs that I think are a subtle but awesome improvement.
In my opinion I feel like somebody who approaches the game with a more medieval/basic survivalist approach would prefer TrueRealism where someone looking to create modern builds would prefer Afreshed.
Is the "Poggy's Luminous Dreams Graphic Pack v0.3.8" available for Xbox series X/S and where would you find it? Because I couldn't find it anywhere.

@icedtea-xn9kc it is possible I have poggys shaders on my xbox one s, it looks really good, but it is nowhere near optimised, I get like 20fps at best with everything at maximum settings but most of the time u get like 13 fps

I can’t find the texture pack on the market place
the shader version of u use is 0.4.1 but the download link u dropped has version 0.3.8 and it seems its not really working on my pc
i thought hd graphics 600 was compatible but the pack gives an yellow mark as incompatible. weird
0.4.1 is more updated due to a few issues.

Mojang will likely add every single feature that any PBR shader should be able to use, then they'll work on optimizations that will improve performance for even the low-end devices. Don't expect the low-end device to run at a steady 60 FPS, it'll likely cap at 20-30 FPS.

This will never work on ps5 unless they make a next gen upgrade.
Cause ps4 and ps5 are technically the same rn other than slight framerate upgrades
Edit: and if they never add it to Playstation, then they need to add a patch removing RenderDragon, since without shaders, all it does is make the game run worse.

@@MonkehOnVr Xbox got an upgrade (technically it made the game unplayable for a bit, but they got an update.)
Playstation hasn't, and with the Microsoft VS Sony rivalry, I doubt we ever will. Ps4 and ps5 are basically the same version, nothing is better on ps5, the game still lags and runs bad for me
