Hi, In our IFB washing machine front door lock phase voltage is only 60, so its unable to generate sufficient heat and lock is not working. Please let me know how to check and fix the phase voltage. Thanks.

There may be two causes , first is pressure switch functioning problem and second may by in PCB.

You can open lock by removing of two screws to remove door lock. These screws you can see neer to latch of door
