Clearly theyre hitting their wounds so that their body tries harder to heal a larger wound, the large wounds heal very fast which is why the medics are using swords

From a tecnical stand point, the weapons the healers are using have some sort of script to make them deal negative damage, thus healing the one attacked. But idk never played PE.
can you Imagine, you are bleeding and trying to survive a siege then a random person not from you ally nor the enemy comes to you and say "Hello I'm from the Medieval Press, can I have an interview with you?"

To be honest there probably was such a thing, just under a different name. The Medieval Scribe.
By medieval press, you mean the Calradian Times. Don't really listen to major news organizations, I prefer independence reporter. But then again, there's not a lot of reporters in Calradia.
This needs to be a full thing in all game modes

Good stuff! Suggestion: try and get the names of the different factions down, so you can refer to them instead of just "attacker" or "defender". Would also be cool if you try and interview their lord or clan leader to get a sense of their overall goals or objectives and hear their propaganda for their reason of war
Nah the head of the clan only does schedules press releases in a controlled environment to prevent assassination. They would have the local infantry or combat engineer officer talk to the press on the field - like in Ukraine.

7:38 onwards is pretty much the most authentic medieval reenactment of all time. Getting casually mugged on the road, getting rejected from your own mugging because you're such a pathetically poor peasant, and getting repeatedly kicked in the testicles for being so poor and pathetic. Human history is so inspiring.

In case you ask: If anything this is a M&B moment. "Holdfast" is basically just a copy of M&B Warband Napoleonic Wars which was a thing more than 5 years before "Holdfast".
