My mother had me at age 16. She married a friend of my grandfathers so i would not be borne without a name on my birth certificate. He was not my father and i never knew this man. From an infant my grandparents basically raised me. My mother married at 18 but this man rejected me. I never had a mother or father. I went thru most of my life pleasing people so they would love me. I lived a broken and disfunctional life until at age 36 i got saved. For the first time in my life i felt real true love.
Oh WOW PRAISE GOD! I thought I was good, but I got touched by the Holy Spirit in a big way. I was saved at the 12yo, back slid at 19. Lived a bit of a wild life and raised my 2 adult children on my own. Never denied God, just wasn't committed. I turned back to God in the quiet of my room about 3 years ago and have been very happy. What hit me just now, is when I have been praying in this time, I always ask for forgiveness that I didn't bring my children up in Gods way. It's a wonder I can send this message, because, boy talk about cry. God is so so Good.
I think this way too. I finally realized that I had to lose everyone's love in order to appreciate that God is enough. I've had God tell me "I am enough". He had one arm wrapped around my waist at the back, & His other arm around my shoulder, & He was stroking my hair 🥲. I cried so deeply, that I didn’t think I would ever take another breath in. Every bit of air was expelled from my lungs. The following morning, I was walking on air. I swiped my bible open, as I asked the Lord to show me what He wanted me to know. It opened at Psalm 139. As you may guess, I cried all over again 😭. It was the most beautiful & powerful experience in all my life. I’m now 71, & praise His Holy name. I still cry when I see it again in my soul & spirit. He’s given me life, self esteem & hope. I love Him so deeply. Jesus died for my transgressions, & that was a difficult thing to grasp. His grace is beyond my comprehension, & my feelings of worthlessness almost destroyed me, but now I understand. The Holy Spirit is my constant friend, strength & help. That sounds like me in my early adult life . I raised my son as a single mother. In my 50's I didn't need anyone's approval. I converted back to my childhood, I will not vow down or fear man... I do not conform to many.

At the end of the day, I have the love of God, my ABBA Father, and that is all that matters. Thank you. When I was sick with cancer, I heard from God, I had dreams. Then when I was finally finished with surgery, and my cancer gone, it felt like God left me, because I wasn't hearing from him or experiencing anything. I need to remember that I have Holy Spirit in me, and God's love, always. I will cherish that journey, because it showed me that God was with me all along. I miss those experiences, but that doesn't mean that God has left me. ❤❤❤
I had that once, then lost it. Someone explained it to me by saying that God ( in spirit form) held my hand when I needed it, like a child crossing a busy street, but once I was across the street he let go so that I could gain faith.

My Dad passed away in September, and my sister passed in April. 12 years ago my mother and my other sister also died 8 months apart. Been trying very hard to understand God's love for me when I feel so unloved and unwanted in my experiences in my life. Mistreated at work and mistreated at home for 2 decades has built a wall for me. I donr understand how He defends me n honors my name when so many have hurt me and lied about me. I just realized why i once had his peace but i have struggled to find it again lately, and it is becoz i forgot what Troy just reminded me of - that i used to just let go of everything that bothered me and placed it all at his feet, and becoz of this i felt light, joyous and unburdened by anything in this world. It's also why i used to cry at the barbs of ppl when i was a child, but now i laugh at them! That was a question i've had for years now. But i had forgotten that and had started to take things on my own back instead of the consistent practice of leaving it all up to him. I had forgotten that, and i hadn't even been aware of it, but now i see that it is a state of the heart. I had not quite been aware of the state and behaviour of my heart! And suddenly that realization brought a great spirit of peace over me becoz now i know that he never left me at all. It was me who changed. But not anymore. I had a seizure one night, and I live by myself. It was turning so bad that I started to see stars and left my body, but I could still feel it at the same time. There were tunnels and many experiences, but one that I'll NEVER forget was my humble understanding of God the Almighty. I saw the earth and the destruction of civilizations and God's anger. One thing I need to stress is that when I was witnessing this, I felt his extreme Anger! I mean it was the absolute anger, then I also felt extreme peace. I felt extreme hatred, but extreme love. It was the extreme of every emotion good and bad all at once and it terrified me. God said that he chose to cast his own children (angels) into the earth, and I saw him throw them like a star that crashed into the earth even though he loved them! ( that his judgment is final and unconditional ) that he still sent his son to die for us because he loved us. He told me out of all his creations, the stars, the mountains, the oceans.. Love was the one thing he cherished the most! I wish people could see what I have seen. You would be on your knees every day, glorifying his name. Luckily, someone above me in the apartment heard me thrashing and called 911 and paramedics got to me before I bit my tongue off and was choking on my own blood. Had a voice tell me to learn to forgive before leaving the tunnel back to my body. One thing I learned over there is that this video is very accurate, but! You need to carry the cross now! Jesus came down and wiped our sins away and "showed us how to move forward from now on" It's not a I love Jesus and drink coffee and watch football right after church and do your own thing. Nooo.. you need to CARRY the cross from now on! Jesus gave you the manual (bible) Trust me, please! Don't wait till you're before the almighty God saying I wish i did better or that I wish I knew what to do. It's already too late then. This life is like a flicker of light, once you go to the other side you experience eternity and it is utterly amazing or terrifying depending on your (choices) that (you make) in such small amount of time.

When I was sick with cancer, I heard from God, I had dreams. Then when I was finally finished with surgery, and my cancer gone, it felt like God left me, because I wasn't hearing from him or experiencing anything.
I need to remember that I have Holy Spirit in me, and God's love, always. I will cherish that journey, because it showed me that God was with me all along.
I miss those experiences, but that doesn't mean that God has left me. ❤❤❤

I had that once, then lost it. Someone explained it to me by saying that God ( in spirit form) held my hand when I needed it, like a child crossing a busy street, but once I was across the street he let go so that I could gain faith.

My Dad passed away in September, and my sister passed in April. 12 years ago my mother and my other sister also died 8 months apart. Been trying very hard to understand God's love for me when I feel so unloved and unwanted in my experiences in my life. Mistreated at work and mistreated at home for 2 decades has built a wall for me. I donr understand how He defends me n honors my name when so many have hurt me and lied about me. So TY for obeying Our Lord's calling in your life and ty for being obedient. I'm struggling understanding God's love for me bc of all the mistreatment I've experienced, I know Jesus is real, I believe in what He did for me. Im just struggling bc why hasn't He defended me? I just realized why i once had his peace but i have struggled to find it again lately, and it is becoz i forgot what Troy just reminded me of - that i used to just let go of everything that bothered me and placed it all at his feet, and becoz of this i felt light, joyous and unburdened by anything in this world. It's also why i used to cry at the barbs of ppl when i was a child, but now i laugh at them! That was a question i've had for years now.
But i had forgotten that and had started to take things on my own back instead of the consistent practice of leaving it all up to him.
I had forgotten that, and i hadn't even been aware of it, but now i see that it is a state of the heart. I had not quite been aware of the state and behaviour of my heart!
And suddenly that realization brought a great spirit of peace over me becoz now i know that he never left me at all.
It was me who changed.
But not anymore.
I now know what i must do to get back there.

I had a seizure one night, and I live by myself. It was turning so bad that I started to see stars and left my body, but I could still feel it at the same time.
There were tunnels and many experiences, but one that I'll NEVER forget was my humble understanding of God the Almighty. I saw the earth and the destruction of civilizations and God's anger.
One thing I need to stress is that when I was witnessing this, I felt his extreme Anger! I mean it was the absolute anger, then I also felt extreme peace. I felt extreme hatred, but extreme love. It was the extreme of every emotion good and bad all at once and it terrified me.
God said that he chose to cast his own children (angels) into the earth, and I saw him throw them like a star that crashed into the earth even though he loved them! ( that his judgment is final and unconditional ) that he still sent his son to die for us because he loved us.
He told me out of all his creations, the stars, the mountains, the oceans.. Love was the one thing he cherished the most!
I wish people could see what I have seen. You would be on your knees every day, glorifying his name.
Luckily, someone above me in the apartment heard me thrashing and called 911 and paramedics got to me before I bit my tongue off and was choking on my own blood. Had a voice tell me to learn to forgive before leaving the tunnel back to my body.
One thing I learned over there is that this video is very accurate, but! You need to carry the cross now! Jesus came down and wiped our sins away and "showed us how to move forward from now on"

Trust me, please! Don't wait till you're before the almighty God saying I wish i did better or that I wish I knew what to do. It's already too late then. This life is like a flicker of light, once you go to the other side you experience eternity and it is utterly amazing or terrifying depending on your (choices) that (you make) in such small amount of time.
